PT Bintan Resort Cakrawala, developer of Bintan Beach International Resort (BBIR) is seeking highly motivated person and teamvplayer to fill the following position which will be based at BintanvResorts, Bintan Island, Kepulauan Riau: Community Development Officer
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree from faculty of social science / law / communication/ education
* Minimum 2 (two) years experience as CDO and familiar with CSR
* Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization as well as with people from various levels and villagers
* Good relationship with community, government institution and non government institution (NGO)
* Posses good concepts on community development, community empowerment and local business development program
* Good interpersonal and organizational skill
* Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
* Good communication in both written and spoken English
Remuneration:
Competitive salary and benefits will commensurate with past experience. Housing, transportation, meals, medical benefit and insurance are provided.
